You can easily change the the details of a financial document in your Roger account, whether it's a due date for an unpaid bill, or a payment/issue date for a receipt or credit note. The process is the same regardless of the document type.
- Click on the small pencil icon next to the Due Date field.
2. Then select the new date from the calendar that pops up.
Your bill will now reflect its new due date, and the expense may have moved within your dashboard based on its chronological order.
- You can change a bill's due date as many times as you want, but naturally, you can't change the due date on a bill that has already been paid.
You can also choose for your bills to be automatically paid up to 7 days before their due date by going to Settings > Advanced > Payments. Just select the amount of days from a dropdown list, and Roger will initialize your payments accordingly.
Tip: By using the Pay Now button, you can instantly initialize the payment of any unpaid bill, thereby effectively changing the bill's due date to the current date or the next coming banking day:
