There are a number of ways to sort your expenses from your expense dashboard using the search and filter functions.
Note: For any of these functions, Roger only searches / filters the expenses under the tab you're currently in - i.e. Pending, Unpaid, Paid. If you want to search all expenses, make sure to start from the All tab.
On your dashboard (under Expenses) you can search directly for expenses in your account by clicking on this icon in the upper right corner of the page:
When you click on the icon, it expands into a search box where you can search by vendor name, amount or document number:
You also can create custom filters to find specific documents in Roger. To set up one or more filters, click on the filter icon to the left of the search icon, and the filter window will open:
Here you you can add as many criteria as you like, based on a number of different expense attributes.
After selecting the criteria, be sure to click Save to activate the filter. As soon as it's saved, your dashboard will only show expenses that meet the filter's criteria, and the filter icon will show a green circle next to it. You can click it again and remove filters using the trashcan icons next to each filter.
You can choose how the expenses are ordered on your expense dashboard using the sort icon. There are three options: by Due Date, by Issue Date, or by Date Uploaded.
Search expenses from the vendor page
Lastly, you can easily find all expenses from a given vendor from their details page. From the Vendors page, click on the vendor in question. Then click the Expenses tab, and see all expenses from that vendor:
