RogerAddress is a unique email address to which your team, your clients and your vendors can send bills, receipts, and credit notes for direct submission to your Roger account. You can choose your company's RogerAddress when you sign up for Roger.

When you send an email with a financial document attached (PDF, JPG or PNG) to your company's RogerAddress, the document will automatically be scanned and added to your company's Roger account for processing. 

Your company has two RogerAddresses: one for invoices and credit notes ending in  @ pay.roger.ai, and one for receipts ending in @ receipt.roger.ai. The prefix, which comes before @, is the same for both addresses. 

You can view your company's RogerAddresses by clicking on Settings>RogerAddress in the web app. There you can also choose to require that all emails sent to your RogerAddress are automatically forwarded to another email address of your choice. 

What if my document was in the body of an email? 

Simply take a screenshot and forward it as an attachment to your RogerAddress. 

Two things to note about RogerAddress:

  • Any bill emailed to your RogerAddress by a third party will require approval from your company's account owner before payment is scheduled.
  • You cannot access your company's RogerAddress as a regular email address or inbox. Instead, your RogerAddress will act as a mailbox for financial documents that you can access only within Roger. You will also not be able to send emails from your RogerAddress.
